There are hundreds of baby nursery ideas but Disney has a special place in my heart from my own childhood. Growing up with Winnie the Pooh and Peter Pan, I couldn’t wait to share my favorite childhood stories with my own kids. Additionally, a Disney theme nursery will also transition well to a toddler room as your favorite characters become their favorites as well.

Sail Away to Neverland with a Peter Pan Disney Nursery
Peter Pan is a great nursery theme with tons of great quotes. It is also perfect for a boy or a girl since it really has everything from adventure and sword fights to mermaids and fairies.
Here are my favorite decor pieces for a Neverland Nursery.
Peter Pan Disney Nursery Decor
I love this set of 6 quotes. Everything from the illustrations to the writing is magical. The set contains these quotes:
- Second star to the right and straight on till morning
- I love you to Neverland and back
- Dreams do come true if only we wish hard enough
- To live will be an awfully big adventure

Another awesome picture to add to your Neverland nursery is a map of Neverland full mountains, rainbows, forests and mermaid lagoons.
If you are wanting something more vintage, then check out this set of watercolor paintings. I love the use of color in them. Another way to add a more vintage feel to your Neverland nursery is to frame pages of the book.
If you want a more modern look, I love these two pictures that are all adventure. The colors are also perfect for a nursery.

Travel to Hundred Acre Wood with a Winnie the Pooh Nursery
Bear and animal nurseries are very popular right now and for good reason. They make amazing baby nursery themes with beautiful forest decals and soft cuddly stuffed animals. I particularly love a Winnie the Pooh themed nursery for the quotes.

Just look at how cute these bear and piglet drawings are. The perfect touch for a modern nursery. Here are the quotes on each picture:

My other favorite is Pooh and Piglet walking with the quote “If there ever comes a day when we can’t be together, keep me in your heart. I’ll stay there forever.”
I love these Classic Winnie the Pooh Drawings. The color and detail make them perfect for a Nursery.
Another idea is to add a map of Hundred Acre Wood. I love this one.
And I can’t not include this one because it is so perfect for a baby. It says “Piglet: How do you spell love? Pooh: You don’t spell it, you feel it.”

Here is a cute baby blanket that has Pooh flying on a balloon with Piglet in a tree. I love the colors and simplicity of this blanket. It says, “without Pooh, the adventure would be impossible.”
I also love this baby blanket by Lambs and Ivy. It is part of a set that has everything from a lamp and mobile to crib and changing pad sheets. If you want everything to match, then this is your go to.
Another great choice is this modern Winnie the Pooh crib set with a blanket, pillow, bumpers, and crib sheet. Since it is in all neutral colors, it would allow you to go in many different directions with your wall decor.
This pillow on Etsy is so sweet I just had to include it. It says “sometimes, the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.” What a perfect and true quote for a baby.
Another Etsy baby blanket that is absolutely adorable is this one that you can get with your baby’s name on it.
Lastly, this color blanket has adventures of Winnie the Pooh and their friends all over it with beautiful colors. You can pick any color you want for the Minky back.
Mickey and Minnie Themed Nursery
You can’t talk about creating Disney Nurseries without including Minnie and Mickey Mouse. The options are endless here. You can go with Minnie or just Mickey. Do just Minnie and Mickey or the whole group. You can go with the original vintage look, go with a red and yellow nursery or go pink or blue with this theme.

For a vintage Nursery, I love this picture of Mickey along with the sketches. The Disney characters have changed so much over the years. If you really have one you want, then try to find a old book. I love the idea of framing pages from a book.

If Disney is known for one thing besides Mickey and Minnie Mouse, then it would be their Princesses. No matter if you want a specific Disney princess like Ariel or just all the Disney princesses, here are some great finds.

This collage in beautiful pastels with the Disney castle and Tinkerbelle in the middle would look beautiful above a crib. I love the gold sparkle.

Lion King has some of my favorite Disney songs. It is also a great nursery choice for your little wild one.

Any true Lion King fan would not be able to have a Lion King nursery without a little Hakuna Matata. I love this decal.
Lastly, to add some color and also some pictures of the Disney characters, these watercolor paintings are perfect.

Here is an adorable crib set with a Nala and Simba baby blanket. I love the pastel color palette.
Another great crib set choice that has matching mobile, lamp and decal with Simba, Pumbaa and Timon. If you want a blue nursery, then this is a great choice.

Toy Story Nursery
I originally didn’t realize just how great a Toy Story themed nursery could be. It works for a boy or a girl and has everything from cowboys and cowgirls to astronauts and aliens. It is all about toys that you can buy as decor at first but then turn into actual toys as your baby grows up.

To start, you will need the iconic decal that says “Andy’s room” but of course with your child’s name instead.
Next add some pictures of your favorite toy story characters.
You can also add some Toy Story quotes such as “to infinity and beyond” and “ reach for the sky”.
And they make Toy Story cloud decals that you can use.
I love this alien mobile with the claw.
Lastly, grab a Mr. Potato Head that you can set up on a shelf.
Toy Story Nursery Bedding
Since there are so many great characters in Toy Story, you could go in a lot of different directions. Here are my favorite finds.
Space is so cool so I am a big fan of this Buzz Lightyear crib sheet complete with planets, stars and space ships.
If you can’t just pick one character, then check out this cool baby blanket. It comes in different colors too.
If you want a blue nursery, I love this set that has all of the characters in a blue background.
Lastly, check out this awesome Toy Story pillow.
Up Baby Nursery
A new Pixar Disney movie that I absolutely love is all about adventure. Adventure and hot air balloons are a hot trend for baby nurseries so why not an Up baby nursery.
I love this decal of the house flying off with all the balloons. It says “travel by balloon”.
This crib set on Etsy would be an awesome choice for an Up themed nursery. The picture says, “You are our greatest adventure”. The blanket says, “adventure is out there”. Lastly, the pillow says, “never grow up”.
Finding Nemo Baby Nursery
I loved Finding Nemo and I love it even more as a baby nursery. It has so much potential with all of the sea creatures. There are so many directions you could go with this one.
Here is an awesome crib set in vibrant colors.
I love these pictures of the characters in Finding Nemo and the bubble backgrounds.
To complete the nursery, add their name on a wave with a fish.
Lastly, this birth stat picture would be a cool touch to any Finding Nemo nursery.
Monsters Inc Baby Nursery
While this is a more recent Disney Pixar creation. However, the monsters are so cute, I could totally see using it as a nursery theme.

A perfect crib set for a boy is this one with Mike Wasowski and James P Sullivan along with a few other Monster Inc monsters.

Cars Baby Nursery
A very recent Disney Pixar Movie, Cars, is all about racing, friendship, and family. It is a very cute movie. Since cars, trains, boats, and planes are already boy nursery themes, I think a Cars movie nursery would be a great choice for a baby boy.
Just check out these Car characters, it really reminds me of Thomas the train with the faces.
